Head to My Bookings inside your dashboard. Choose the appointment, then select Reschedule or Cancel. We surface salon policies and cancellation windows so you know if any fees apply.

Yes. When you create a booking you can add guest details, preferred artists, and shared notes. Our system confirms availability for each guest before finalising the reservation.

Open Account → Billing to update payment methods, download invoices, or change your membership plan. You can also export past receipts for accounting in CSV or PDF format.
